About This Artist

Margaret Crowley-Kiggins, FWS, began painting and drawing as a child; receiving her first commission at age twelve. She has since been included in nearly one hundred juried exhibitions; won numerous awards and has work in many private, corporate and museum collections.The Best of Watercolor 2

She has been featured in the American Artist Publication, Watercolor, and is represented as one of the top 250 watercolor artists working today in the recently published collective, Best of Watercolor 2, by Betty Lou Schlemm, published Quarry Books.

Margaret Crowley-Kiggins, FWS uses transparent watercolor to paint life-like portraits. She uses the best materials to create her works. Working time varies, but generally portraits are completed within a 4-6 week time frame. She paints in her studio and typically uses photographs for the subject. Prices for the completed, matted paintings are based on the size, and are as follows:

Quarter Sheet: 11"x 15" image (16"x 20" matted) $250
Half Sheet: 15"x 22" image (21"x 28" matted) $500
Full Sheet: 22"x 30" image (29"x 37" matted) $1000
